The number of treatment cases using Transcutaneous Midface Lift / Subciliary Subciliary Orbital Fat Repositioning exceeds 500. Thanks to this extensive experience, we can achieve both high technical precision and prevention of recurrence.
Our clinic is one of the few that has introduced Transcutaneous Midface Lift as a treatment option, offering greater satisfaction even for patients with severe symptoms that are unlikely to improve with the conventional Orbital Fat Repositioningtechnique.

FLOW
The patient has a significant amount of excess skin and sagging in the mid-face. Additionally, examination revealed weakened support in the lower eyelids, so a Transcutaneous Midface Lift is planned.
Since extensive work is performed under the periosteum, the patient must remain on strict rest with taping for two days. For patients coming from far away, we recommend staying overnight near the clinic on the day of surgery.
Stitches are removed. Bruising is still present, and most patients experience some conjunctival edema, which generally settles within 2-3 weeks. Scars become considerably less noticeable after about 2 weeks.
By 3-4 weeks, the downtime subsides, but this is the peak period of tissue contraction, so the lower eyelids may appear lower than the final result.
By 3 months, adhesions have stabilized, and the lift height is essentially fixed. Some residual tissue contraction may remain. Most patients are about 70-80% of the way to the final result.
By 6 months, the procedure is considered complete. Tissue contraction has mostly resolved, the mid-face is lifted, and the eye area looks refreshed. Long-lasting results are a key feature of this treatment.
