About one-quarter of the revision surgeries we perform for under-eye bags are due to recurrence after fat removal. While there have been some reports on the effectiveness of fascia in preventing recurrence, very few studies have documented its use in combination with the Orbital Fat Repositioning.

We believe that designing surgical methods with a preventive perspective toward recurrence, a major complication in under-eye bag treatment, leads to better treatment outcomes.
