This procedure lifts midface fat pads and periosteum, enhancing facial contours and preventing future sagging. There are two types: evo Lift (lifting midface fat pads) and Subciliary Midface Lift (lifting from the periosteum). Recommendations depend on symptom severity.
All procedures use Micro Downtime RF scalpels for minimal downtime.
Both transconjunctival/subciliary Orbital Fat Repositioning and midface lift methods include ligament release and CPF repositioning techniques.
CAUSE
There are various causes of dark circles under the eyes.
Broadly speaking, under-eye concerns can be categorized into issues of shape and color, but to put it bluntly, they exist to some degree in almost everyone.
When it comes to shape-related issues, they are often referred to as dark or shadow-type under-eye bags, and the most common cause is sagging or puffiness under the eyes.
As for color, it is generally divided into discoloration caused by the visibility of underlying blood vessels (red or blue circles, sometimes described as purple) or by pigmentation (brown circles).
These conditions can result from aging or may also be genetic.
Blue circles are caused by visible capillaries under the eyes. They are often worsened by poor circulation and are commonly associated with fatigue or lack of sleep. Recommended Treatments: Nano Rich, PRP
Black circles are caused not only by under-eye bags and sagging but also by hollows, the "groove" (tear trough), protruding eyes, or midface retrusion.
Treatment mainly focuses on smoothing irregularities, with procedures chosen according to the condition.
Recommended Treatments: Transconjunctival Hamra, Subciliary Hamra, Fat Removal, Midface Lift, Fat Injection, gPRP
Red circles are caused by the orbicularis oculi muscle showing through the thin under-eye skin.
They are not only due to thin skin but also related to forward protrusion of orbital fat. Therefore, if sagging or puffiness is present, those should be treated first. In more severe cases, injectable treatments are added.
Recommended Treatments: Transconjunctival Orbital Fat Repositioning, Subciliary Orbital Fat Repositioning, Fat Removal, Nano Rich, PRP
Brown circles are caused by pigmentation, chronic inflammation, or telangiectasia (dilated capillaries).
Recommended Treatments: Laser Therapy, Tretinoin/Retinol Treatment, PRP

Under-eye treatments involve correcting irregularities, color, balance with surrounding tissues, and skin condition.
Only by having a variety of procedures and techniques can a clinician accurately determine what is truly necessary and provide the best solution for treatment.
